Lufthansa Airbus A380-800 Seat Configuration and Layout

Lufthansa, the largest airlines in Europe is the one of the first owner of super jumbo jet aircraft Airbus A380-800. Lufthansa received first aircraft in 2010 and now has about ten destinations worldwide from Frankfurt with Airbus A380-800.

Currently the German carrier operates twelve of Airbus A380-800s and another two A380s in the list order.

Lufthansa flies A380 from Frankfurt to Houston, Miami, Singapore, New York, San Francisco, Beijing, Shanghai, Mumbai, Delhi and Johannesburg in South Africa.

There are several variant of A380 of Lufthansa. About eight A380s have three classes classification and able to carry up to 526 passengers.

The rest of aircraft offer different taste, they offer more spacious cabin for business class passengers and fully-flat bed for first class. At the result, these four A380s carried less than other eight A380s.





Upper & Lower Deck, First Variant of Lufthansa A380-800

Generally, the business class are lied in upper deck, right behind the first class with 2-2-2 seat layout. While the first class occupied the front-end of the upper deck, very spacious area and 1-2-1 configuration.

The economy class are in lower deck with two-aisle and 3-4-3 configuration. Lufthansa's economy class can seated up to 420 passengers. In economy class, the carrier provides USB and iPhone chargers in each seat.

Each passengers will have personal entertainment monitors anyway.
