Seated at a table inside the Oval Office, Singapore Airlines CEO Goh Choon Phong and Boeing Commercial Airplanes CEO Kevin McAllister signed the order valued at $ 13.8 billion at list price.

Standing directly behind McAllister, Trump linked the deal to his effort to create jobs in the United States.

"70,000, this country," McAllister replied.
